I chose this profession to help others heal in a variety of ways. I graduated in 2006 from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. I love my career and how it can help people on many levels whether they just need to relax and reboot or have chronic pain issues. I am here to help. I created a place where my clients come in my door and take a breathe of relaxation before they even get to my massage table.
A Customized Therapeutic Massage for you, based on 18 years of continued education and specialized experience of the therapist. Each session is based on individual requirements based on client intake and health and wellness concerns. A variety of techniques are incorporated based on the desired outcome for the session.( i.e. acupressure, Swedish massage techniques, Cupping massage, Chinese Craniosacral, CORE Myofascial therapy, PNF stretches, etc.).
