Hello and welcome! My name is Kate and I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. I believe that everybody and every body deserves a massage. Whether you want to relax or have a nagging knot in your shoulder, you've come to the right place. I strive to provide customized massages for my clients, integrating Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, sports, and lymph massage modalities. I'm also specially trained to work with clients who have cancer.

Customized just for you. This massage is a blend of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, lymphatic, and sports massage.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique intended to encourage the movement of lymph, a clear fluid that carries immune cells, waste products, and excess fluid through the lymphatic system. It is usually very light, slow, and rhythmic - much lighter than Swedish or deep tissue massage.
