After graduating from the Kinesiology program with honours at McMaster University, Elvina went into personal training. During her time as a trainer she knew there was another component that her craft was missing in order to provide a complete experience for clients. From there Elvina decided to pursue fascial stretch therapy- a very underrated manual treatment that helps fix movement dysfunctions and hydrate connective tissue.
