Sanjana is a physiotherapist dedicated to helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Her interest in physiotherapy began through a love of exercise and science, and the opportunity to combine both to help others improve their health and quality of life. She takes an empathetic, straightforward, and motivating approach to care, working collaboratively with each patient to understand their goals and develop individualized rehabilitation plans to support recovery. Sanjana currently works primarily in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, treating a wide range of conditions including neck and back pain, joint injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries, and WorkSafeBC (work-related) injuries. She enjoys working with active adults, desk workers, older adults, and anyone motivated to improve their function and overall well-being. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and education to help patients build confidence in their recovery and achieve lasting results. As an early-career physiotherapist, she is committed to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice. She also has a growing interest in breast cancer rehabilitation and vestibular rehabilitation and is actively working toward expanding her skills in these areas. Outside the clinic, Sanjana enjoys staying active through yoga and has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, which has further strengthened her understanding of movement, strength, and body awareness. She is committed to supporting patients through all stages of recovery, whether they are managing pain, recovering from injury, or working toward specific functional goals.
