Ive been fascinated by the body and how it works for as long as I can remember. I found that I had a passion for working out early on in my teen years. Track was my preferred sport. It started with working out with friends and then shortly after I realized that training and educating people on how to move their bodies was something that I wanted to do. I enjoyed seeing not only my progress but theirs as well. I wanted to further my knowledge of the body. I was fortunate enough to pursue my personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine all while completing an internship at a boot camp gym in 2018. I was a personal trainer for a few years and then I wanted to do something a little more hands on. I started looking into massage and was surprised to find that there were so many health benefits. I attended the Soma Institute of Chicago where I obtained my License in Clinical Massage. I specialize in Therapeutic, Swedish, Trigger point, Stretching, and Cupping Therapy. Im excited to expand my work as a Clinical Massage Therapist. I cant wait to help you on the path to feeling your best.
