“I have been a massage therapist for over a decade and specialize in treatment and posture therapy with an appreciation for working with individual needs. I like to look at the body as a whole and provide relief from stress, tension, soreness and pain while encouraging correction in posture. I am always looking for the best ways to give the most effective care and am always up for learning new things and adjusting to individual needs. I have experience with a lot of different situations and needs for care. I have done post surgery massage as part of the recovery as soon as the surgeon approved massage care. I have also done a lot of side lying work, pillow bolstered and seated massage to work around different types of pain and restrictions. I am not a stranger to pregnancy massage in all stages of care. I am an intuitive worker and like to focus on the causes and how best to get the relief to last.
