Please note: Acupuncture is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist who has successfully completed the education and training requirements established by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and has been authorized by the CMTO to perform acupuncture within the scope of practice of massage therapy. Services are provided by an RMT and are billed as Massage Therapy for insurance and reimbursement purposes. This treatment combines the benefits of acupuncture and massage therapy in a single session to help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and support overall wellness. Your registered massage therapist will use hands-on massage techniques to address soft tissue restrictions, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, while acupuncture may be incorporated to target specific areas of pain, inflammation, or dysfunction. Because the treatment is provided and billed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), it is submitted as Massage Therapy for insurance purposes. This integrated approach can be beneficial for conditions such as chronic pain, muscle tightness, stress, headaches, sports injuries, and mobility restrictions. Each treatment plan is tailored to your individual needs and goals to support optimal recovery and well-being.
