I went into massage initially with the intention of working with prenatal and postpartum women, using massage as a tool to ease pain before and after baby's arrival. After graduating from Bellevue Massage School in 2016, although maternity work was still my love and passion, a whole other world opened up to me in a way I wasn't expecting and I fell in love with massage and what it does for people's every-day-lives; from injuries to chronic pain. It is my goal to not only make you feel better momentarily, but RESTORE the body. My specialties include deep tissue and trigger point therapywhile also incorporating Swedish relaxation. You can call me "The Seek & Destroyer"... I will find those knots every time. But my technique allows me to accomplish this WITHOUT intense pain that sometimes scares people away from the idea of deep tissue massage. There's a balance and a gentleness needed to coax knots and adhesions out of the muscle so it leaves you feeling better and not worse after an appointment. I pride myself in mastering this technique.
