I am deep tissue specialist actively practicing 17 years. I specialize in muscle relief do to chronic pain, discomfort and stress related tension. My focus for each session is to meet the goals of the client while making an effective change in the muscle tissue within the clients comfort level. I believe a variety of modalities can be used to achieve relaxation and muscle release to meet each individuals needs. Hot-Stones and Swedish techniques are just a few. Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience, many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
