Iam deep tissue specialist actively practicing 17 years. I specialize in muscle relief do to chronic pain, discomfort and stress related tension. My focus for each session is to meet the goals of the client while making an effective change in the muscle tissue within the clients comfort level. I believe a variety of modalities can be used to achieve relaxation and muscle release to meet each individuals needs. Hot-Stones and Swedish techniques are just a few. Medical Massage treatment starts with an assessment of the body alignment, then treatment of the issues and muscles causing the issues. Then reassessment of the body alignment will be done and some stretching may be provided during or after the session to promote muscle release.
