Catalina is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation, leveraging a comprehensive background that includes a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Trent University. This dual qualification provides a unique understanding of human movement, functional anatomy, and exercise physiology, which she integrates into her client-centred approach. Catalina works with a wide variety of clients, from competitive athletes seeking performance enhancement to individuals managing chronic pain. She specializes in techniques such as manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, proprioceptive facilitation (PNF) and other rehabilitative techniques. She believes in empowering clients with the education and tools, to take an active role in their long-term health and wellness journey.
