Jessica is a proud McMaster Alumni and U of T graduate. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University and continued on to graduate from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. While at McMaster, Jessica was the captain of the Female Cross-Country and Track Team and named All-Canadian for four consecutive years. She represented Canada at the FISU World University Games in 2010 and was the OUA and CIS Cross-Country Champion that same year. She graduated as McMaster Female athlete of the year and was named a Golden Horseshoe athlete nominee for 2011. Jessica is currently married with three children and continues to run and train with her husband and kids. She has a passion for treating running related injuries and helping women return to exercise postpartum. Promoting a healthy well-balanced life is her goal and she wants to help other runners and mothers achieve the same thing!
