Swedish massage techniques can be used for relaxation and loosening muscles, while therapeutic massage uses a mix of techniques to help break up muscle adhesions and provide pain management. These techniques can involve deep tissue, trigger point release, passive and active movements, and cupping. Hot towels, hot stones, and CBD can be used as well.
