She did her undergraduate degree at York University in Kinesiology and her Masters in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. She uses a holistic treatment approach for each client, addressing their individual needs in order to best assist them in achieving their physiotherapy goals and help them feel their best! Outside of her work as a physiotherapist, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, being active, baking, and needlepointing.

During this 1 hour, initial appointment, your physiotherapist will take a comprehensive medical history and provide a detailed physical assessment to determine the cause of symptoms. Based on the results of your assessment, a personalized treatment plan will be created and reviewed. This option should be chosen if you require an assessment for difficulties with an area of your upper body, including difficulty with your neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, mid-back, or lower body care symptoms from your knees to ankles. If you are experiencing symptoms through your lower back, or hips, please choose an initial pelvic physiotherapy assessment. *Please book this treatment if you are a existing patient and it has been more than 6 months since your last visit*
