Nicole Moon is a Licensed and Board-Certified Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish & Myofascial. She graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM). Furthering her education, she completed her National Massage License in 2001. Nicole enjoys learning and continuing to develop her skill sets and techniques for individual client attention. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques such as Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Trigger Points. In turn, she is a firm believer in the art of massage healing the body from within. The benefits of her therapy include physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, improved circulation, sports recovery, and injury prevention. Nicole’s favorite past time is working with animals as a Veterinary Technician, horseback riding, painting anything from feathers to furniture, as well as baking an array of sweets for humans & animals.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
