I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. From relaxation and therapeutic massage, to skin hydration, I can work with your body to get you feeling like you should again. I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. Massage Therapy
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient technique that massage the reflex zones of the feet inducing a deep sense of relaxation to the entire body. This treatment begins with a all natural Lavender/seaweed foot soak and scrub, followed by Reflexology using heated stones. Treatment will end with a soothing massage with lavender cream.
