Sarah completed her BSc in physiotherapy in 1998 at the University of Cape Town. She practiced in a variety of clinics and public health settings then opened her own clinic. In 2010 she felt the need to grow her knowledge and skills and complete the IFOMT accredited Masters in Manual and Manipulative Therapy from Stellenbosch University. Subsequently she continued in the private practice while also teaching modules and mentoring students from the undergraduate and post graduate programs. Sarah enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal and pain conditions. Her treatment philosophy is patient centered, aiming to empower her patients with self-efficacy in managing their conditions through rehabilitation and informed decision making. In the last five years Sarah has trained in female pelvic health physiotherapy and has made that a significant part of her practice. In her spare time Sarah enjoys hiking and cycling with her family and playing the saxophone.
