My custom blend of gentle deep tissue massage, Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, Reiki, and reflexology targets the source of your tension, stress, and pain to leave you feeling relaxed, with greater flexibility, and feeling at home in your body. Whether you're recovering from an injury or surgery, returning to exercise after being sedentary for a while, need pain and tension relief from working at your desk, or stress relief, I've got you covered. I specialize in client-centered sessions that incorporate techniques to relieve discomfort and promote healing and deep relaxation, with attention to time management so you get the most out of every session. Massage Therapy
A blend of gentle deep tissue massage, Swedish relaxtion massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and myofascial massage/ cupping. Some Reiki may also be included as part of the session.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle modality to relax the whole nervous system and relieve tired, achy feet by unblocking the tiny nerve endings in the soles of the feet and around the ankles. Also an effective way to relieve bunion pain, plantar fasciitis, and other causes of foot pain.
