Her treatments are thoughtfully adapted to each individual, whether they are seeking relief from muscle tension and discomfort, improved mobility, recovery support, stress relief, or simply a deeper sense of relaxation. What makes Wilma’s approach special is her belief that good massage therapy should not only help clients feel better—it should also help them understand their bodies better. Her goal is simple: to provide professional, compassionate care while sharing the knowledge and guidance that can help clients continue taking care of themselves long after their treatment. Professional expertise, traditional wisdom, and genuine care—this is the approach Wilma brings to every client she serves.

Deep tissue massage is to apply firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue surrounding muscles. It’s beneficial to chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. It’s effective in treating repetitive stress injuries such as tennis elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome and can be helpful in reducing the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
