Hello! My name is Olivia Supinski and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 10 years now. I have worked mainly out of chiropractic offices throughout my career, so my style is more on the medical side. This means I do a lot of deep tissue and trigger point work with some stretching incorporated. I am also versed in relaxation/Swedish, but it takes everything in my being to not dig in on any trigger points I may come across. I also am certified in cupping, hot stone, and electric point stimulation (stimulation pen).
