Stefanie grew up in the Creston Valley and has been practicing as an RMT since 2014, graduating with 3000hrs from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She has a focus in chronic pain management, injury recovery, postural dysfunction, calming the nervous system and just generally helping people feel better. She incorporates a variety of techniques to aid in the tissue response and recovery depending on each patients needs and goals of treatment. The therapist uses a variety of techniques some of those might include swedish and Lomi Lomi, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, therapeutic stretching, myofascial release and mobilization’s, basic MLD around tissue recovery, general relaxation and wellbeing. The RMT also has training in the Graston Technique to improve range of motion and reduce scar tissue and adhesions within the tissues.
