Dr. Kristen Allen is a 2019 graduate from Sherman College of Chiropractic. She worked for 2 practices prior to starting her own and is grateful for the experiences to better serve her community. Dr. Kristen is Webster Certified, certified Level 2 T.I.C. technique, and certified in dry needling. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) . Her passion for the profession started when she was introduced to it in 2015. A DC who quickly became her mentor explained the “safety pin cycle” that the brain and body in proper communication equal ease while the opposite creates dis-ease. Dr. Kristen believes that education is a huge key to helping people live and adapt to their greatest potential. Dr. Kristen’s focus is to remove interference from the body to allow everyone to heal and function optimally. In her free time she loves to learn about a variety of health topics, do yoga, go hiking, and spend quality time with her family.
