Dr. Sonya Arrigo is a Toronto-based Naturopathic Doctor focusing in on pediatrics, women’s health, and family medicine. Her approach blends the precision of functional medicine with the art of natural healing, helping patients uncover and address the root causes of imbalance rather than managing symptoms. With advanced training in PANS/PANDAS, ADHD, Autism, and chronic inflammatory conditions, Dr. Arrigo supports children and families through evidence-based, compassionate care. She also works closely with women through all hormonal stages, from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum recovery, helping them restore energy, balance, and confidence. Dr. Arrigo earned her Doctor of Naturopathy after completing an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Her treatments integrate nutrition, botanical medicine, acupuncture, lifestyle therapy, and functional testing, creating results-driven and personalized protocols for every patient. Initial appointments are for brand new patients that are ready to start Naturopathic care. During this appointment, the Naturopathic Doctor will go over your health history, current concerns, and goals to provide you with a treatment plan.
