I discovered the beneficial effects of massage in my early twenties while immersed in the meditative and spiritual practices of India. On my return to North America I continued my practice as a massage therapist in California specializing in Reflexology. In 2013 I graduated as a RMT from Kikkawa College and stayed in Toronto to teach and to master my healing techniques. I bring to Soul2Sole my expertise in Swedish/ Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Neurological Relief, Pre and Post Natal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage as well as Ear, Hand and Foot Reflexology.
