Nichole is a graduate from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy. She enjoys practicing a more therapeutic style of massage, focusing on finding the root of what is causing the pain and creating a treatment plan to effectively treat it. Her overall focus for treatments is for relieving pain, restoring range of motion, treating musculoskeletal conditions and increasing overall tissue health. Each treatment plan is specially made for each client’s individual goals and needs. Nichole is trained in a variety of modalities including Swedish Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage as well as Non-Swedish Techniques.
