Natasha is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher who incorporates a variety of movement practices and therapy techniques to rehabilitation. As a classically trained ballet dancer, she was passionate about movement from a young age. She has experience with musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic surgeries, a variety of chronic pain and neurological conditions, pre and postpartum mothers, athletes, performing artists, and is currently working towards her pelvic floor therapy specialty. Natasha has a BA in Sociology from USC and completed her doctoral level education at California State University, Northridge. Certifications include: Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, Level 1 Blood Flow Restriction, variety of movement and manual therapy based techniques
All clients are required to complete their initial assessment to determine the appropriate diagnosis and plan of care. Evaluations include treatment.
