Direct Billing with Pacific Blue Cross available. My main focus in establishing a therapeutic relationship is to help people reconnect with their bodies so that together we can assist the body in healing itself from the effects of repetitive strain, stress, grief, trauma, chronic pain and illness. I enjoy problem solving and finding the true source of discomfort and pain in the body as well as relieving the more obvious symptoms. I use various modalities such as Trigger point release, Cross fibre frictions, myofascial release, facet joint release, joint mobes/traction and cranial sacral therapy along with patience and tenacity. I believe it is in the best interest of the body to recover from therapeutic massage before receiving continued treatment, so I allow a minimum of 48 hours to pass between treatments.
