With a background in athletics and personal training, I bring a movement-focused and client-centred approach to my bodywork. I have completed all the clinical and outreach requirements of my massage therapy program and am currently working toward registration. I have experience working with individuals seeking recovery support, relaxation, and improved physical function. My approach combines an understanding of body mechanics, performance, and long-term wellness.
