Amy-Lou Strickland is a 2018 graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial release. Her proficiencies in these modalities are taken to the next level by her ability to combine elements of each into a truly customized and transformative experience for each client.
A calming session with the primary goal of increasing circulation and reducing superficial tension through the use of light to medium pressure, overlapping strokes, and connecting one area of the body to the rest.
