Dr. Adrienne grew up in and out of the Goldsworthy Wellness Clinic, as a patient, chiropractic assistant, chiropractic intern, and now a chiropractor! She grew up in the region and competed in many sports including badminton, soccer, volleyball and cross country running. She attended the University of Waterloo and was a member of the Varsity Badminton team and Captain of the Women’s Varsity Soccer team. She graduated Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2019. Growing up in a chiropractic household, Dr. Adrienne has seen firsthand the benefits of chiropractic care. She is passionate about keeping people in all stages of their life moving at their best . She utilizes many different treatment options including chiropractic manipulation, myofascial release techniques, toggle board adjustments, exercise, stretching, and nutrition. Dr. Adrienne is certified in the Lumbar Stenosis Bootcamp, Dermal Traction Method, and Lower Limb ART. When out of the office, Dr. Adrienne enjoys playing badminton and soccer, reading with her cat Toothless, and trying new board games with friends.

Chiropractic Initial Assessment

Initial assessments are required for all first time patients and consist of patient history, physical exam, discussion of diagnosis, and treatment.
