For the last 28 years I have served the public as a registered nurse in a variety of settings and over all those years I've found that everyone want's to feel their best. Sometimes it takes medicine, sometimes physical therapy and sometimes it's stress relief. In my personal life I've found that massage gave me that feeling and I wanted to be able to help others feel that way too. Our bodily systems are amazingly designed to work together in harmony. It's when we are out of balance that we begin to feel the effects of stress and injury on our bodies. Massage is one way to help rebalance our bodies so we can feel our best.
Medical massage incorporates many techniques to address muscle and skeletal issues diagnosed by a doctor. Use of manual techniques, heat and cold application as well as our Massage machine with its multiple heads, depending on the need of the client, to a focused area and its surrounding muscles. Requires a doctors release if currently being treated for a problem/injury.
