Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage technique that uses long, deep strokes to relax the body and mind. The massage is based on Huna philosophy and combines massage techniques, coconut oil, and breathing. Lomilomi incorporates the hands and elbows to knead muscles, and the long, flowing movements symbolize ocean waves.
