As a professional athlete, I learned first-hand the tremendous value of chiropractic care. As a chiropractor, I help people of all ages, from all walks of life, to prevent and resolve injury, pain and discomfort.. Becoming a doctor was a natural step, growing up with a neurologist, a pediatrician and a surgeon at my dinner table. While playing professional hockey, I completed a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology. I retired from the American Hockey League (AHL) to attend Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto. My chiropractic practice, based in Mississauga and Oakville, offers a full range of non-invasive therapies. Every patient is unique, so every treatment is customized to specific needs of the patient. I provide chiropractic care which considers the whole person: their needs, preferences and lifestyle. I also provide counselling on injury prevention, diet, sleep and mental health. Some patients choose acupuncture, some seek manual adjustment and/or active release therapy. Others opt for regular adjustments at my clinic. All patients get a personalized functional rehabilitation plan to optimize recovery. On any given day, I’ll see a retired couple about prevention of chronic aches and pain, present injury prevention seminars to a sports team and parents, or treat a professional athletes.
