Annie Kim is a Registered Massage Therapist and a Registered Acupuncturist, who also studied Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. In her earlier years, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts and worked as a visual designer for many years, bringing creativity and precision into her clinical practice. She is thoroughly trained to help patients manage pain and physical dysfunction related to soft tissues (muscles, tendons, lymphatics, fascia, ligaments) and joints, as well as to support internal issues, general well-being, stress reduction and relaxation. Annie integrates both Western and Eastern therapeutic approaches into her treatments, including traditional oriental and neurofunctional acupuncture, cupping, and guasha (IASTM) therapy. In her practice, Annie addresses not only the area of discomfort but also all contributing regions to achieve a more complete and lasting outcome. She performs a wide range of massage and acupuncture techniques, tailoring each session to your specific goals. She also provides thoughtful self‑care strategies after treatment to help extend and enhance your results. Annie’s goal as a manual therapist and acupuncturist is to help your body understand that most pain can be significantly reduced. She is committed to guiding you toward better health and easing the concerns that interfere with your daily life.
