Cassidy is a North Vancouver local who developed her passion for physiotherapy through her own rehabilitation from soccer, weightlifting, and long-distance running injuries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Cassidy enjoys working with the general population, using a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and patient education to address a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions. She is dedicated to helping individuals return to activities that are meaningful and important to their lives. She has a strong passion for women’s health and has completed post-graduate pelvic floor training (levels 1 and 2) through Pelvic Health Solutions. Cassidy is committed to supporting women throughout all stages of their pelvic health journey, including perinatal changes, postpartum recovery, incontinence, and complex pelvic/low back pain. Outside of the clinic, Cassidy leads an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, running, and swimming in the ocean whenever possible.
