###**About Annabelle** I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. During my Master’s, I worked as an Exercise Specialist for individuals with spinal cord injuries and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for youth soccer teams in St. Albert. Working with people of all abilities has shaped my approach to physiotherapy — I strive to provide individualized, goal-oriented care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and lifestyle. As a former competitive soccer player and passionate endurance runner, I understand firsthand the physical and mental challenges that come with injury. My special interests include working with runners and endurance athletes, helping individuals train, recover, and perform at their best. I believe in combining evidence-informed treatment, exercise prescription, and hands-on therapy to help patients better understand their bodies and take an active role in their recovery. Whether your goal is returning to sport, staying active with your family, or achieving a new personal best, I am passionate about helping you move well and reach your goals with confidence. ###**Specializations** Physiotherapy Functional Dry Needling Running Assessments Concussion Services Service in French ###**Interests** Running Soccer Endurance Sports Triathlon Skiing
