Brennan completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia. He has always been passionate about helping people perform at their best and completed a Master of Science in Kinesiology researching how athletes can optimize practice to improve their motor performance. Brennan is dedicated to pursuing ongoing education and is a Running Clinic Certified Professional with additional education in running injuries. He is also a certified indoor cycling instructor and a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200). As a physiotherapist, Brennan uses a variety of tools to help clients recover from their injury, address underlying causes, and prevent future injuries. Each treatment is uniquely customized to the client and their goals and includes a combination of manual therapy, education, and exercise prescription. Brennan loves spending time teaching clients about their body and providing them information on what they can do to facilitate their recovery process as well. He is committed to having clients move better so that they can stay active and realize their movement goals. Outside the clinic, Brennan is an avid distance runner and likes to cross-train by practicing yoga, Pilates, and cycling up mountains. Brennan is also a classically trained pianist with a Bachelor of Music degree and enjoys teaching and playing piano.

Please select this option if you are a NEW patient and this is your first visit and you have MULTIPLE body areas involved. We also recommend you book multiple (3 to 4) 45 minute follow up physiotherapy appointments at one week intervals to ensure there is a consistent treatment frequency to support your recovery.
