Bio Jordan discovered a passion for physical therapy after experiencing multiple sports-related injuries as a teenager. The care and guidance from an inspiring physiotherapist not only helped Jordan return to the sports they loved but also taught them how to manage and prevent future injuries. This early experience fueled a desire to provide the same high-quality care to others. Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University and completed their Master’s in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. They are dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that incorporate hands-on manual therapy, exercise, and education. Jordan has a particular interest in working with active individuals, runners, desk workers, and those training in various martial arts, aiming to optimize their health and physical performance.
