>Since working and learning in the field of physical therapy for the past five years, Cody employs an evidence-based and collaborative care approach with patients to help them return to the things they love. With a background in exercise science, the key components of Cody’s treatment approach are exercise therapy and education. He has a keen interest in the areas of concussion management, persistent pain, and strength and conditioning, with further education completed on the same. Outside of the clinic, Cody enjoys a large variety of physical activity; he considers himself a jack of all trades (but master of none) with particular interests in kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and basketball.
Designed for patients who are active, returning to exercise, or preparing to begin a strength and conditioning program, to support movement confidence, sustainable performance, and long-term capacity. A comprehensive movement and strength assessment is included, which may involve reviewing technique in foundational compound lifts. Based on the findings, a personalized 4-week training plan may be provided to guide safe and effective progression.
