>Since working and learning in the field of physical therapy for the past five years, Cody employs an evidence-based and collaborative care approach with patients to help them return to the things they love. With a background in exercise science, the key components of Cody’s treatment approach are exercise therapy and education. He has a keen interest in the areas of concussion management, persistent pain, and strength and conditioning, with further education completed on the same. Outside of the clinic, Cody enjoys a large variety of physical activity; he considers himself a jack of all trades (but master of none) with particular interests in kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and basketball.

Performance Physiotherapy Initial Assessment

Designed for patients who are active, returning to exercise, or preparing to begin a strength and conditioning program, to support movement confidence, sustainable performance, and long-term capacity. A comprehensive movement and strength assessment is included, which may involve reviewing technique in foundational compound lifts. Based on the findings, a personalized 4-week training plan may be provided to guide safe and effective progression.
