Veronica has been practicing massage therapy since she graduated from Irene's Myomasology Institute in 2008. Through her studies there and from what she has learned since graduating, she became aware that there was a common theme among all effective body work. The body only relaxes when there is a perceived sense of safety, and it is in this state of relaxation that healing begins to take place. Although her techniques may change based on her clients needs, creating a safe and relaxing experience is her main goal. Veronica is a lifelong learner. Her curiosity drives her to better understand the ways in which the mind, body and spirit work together to facilitate healing, and create wholeness. She is trained in Foot Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, Thai Massage, Lomi Lomi, Cupping Therapy, and Wholistic Manual Medicine. Apart from massage, Veronica has also taken two 200 hour yoga teacher training programs.
