Meet Dr. Kristy Blair She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Health Sciences, with a concurrent certificate in Athletic Therapy, from York University. She was then accepted and graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She has further completed the Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture course at McMaster University. She implements an active care approach along with the latest evidence-based research to help her patients return to activities they love ! Kristy has worked extensively as an Athletic Therapist for a variety of competitive teams and events, including: Toronto Argonauts, Rugby Canada, Synchro Canada Junior National Team, Canada’s National Sledge Hockey Team, Muskoka Ironman, Toronto Waterfront Marathon, the 2017 North American Indigenous Games, Varsity Hockey, Swimming, and Soccer. She provides comprehensive sideline & clinical coverage including, injury prevention and sport-specific rehabilitation. Dr. Kristy practices a patient-centred model, values multidisciplinary care, and focuses on overall patient health. During her studies, she developed a passion for endurance sports. Dr. Kristy is committed to athletic injury prevention while finding solutions to help you improve your over-all athletic performance. > My goal is to help YOU overcome chronic issues, prevent pain & help you live the life YOU want! Outside of clinical care, Dr. Kristy enjoys cycling, spending time with her family/ friends, competing in Ironman triathlons, mountain biking, paddling, snowboarding & hiking while exploring new off-leash parks with her dog, Bentley.
