Meet Mallory, the healing hands behind Elemental Massage Therapy and Wellness. She graduated from Bloom School of Therapeutic Arts in January of 2026, striving to improve the health of her community and family. She is a nature-loving therapist who believes in holistic health and preventative care. She brings a unique blend of Swedish techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, passive stretching, hot towels, and cupping to give each client a personalized experience. Her focus is to bring a moment of peace in the chaos of life with her warm and tranquil treatment room.
This selection will incorporate multiple techniques to best fit your body's needs. Each session is tailored to the client, using Swedish massage, myofascial massage, deep tissue massage, and stretching to optimize relaxation. Warm towels are integrated into the massage to further the relaxation of the muscles.
