Massage Therapy
Our “Swedish/Relaxation Massage” should be booked to de-stress, calm and relax the mind and body. -It is a smooth, light pressure treatment that increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation. **If you have a specific problem area (i.e. Spine pain, muscle spasm, trigger points, etc), we recommend booking our “Deep Tissue/Sports Massage” for more problem-focused treatment.**
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage or MLD is very beneficial for anything post-surgery related, and/or swelling or fluid retention. The Vodder Technique of this very specific and specially trained massage is performed by applying the lightest pressure and gently manipulating the skin. Manual Lymphatic Drainage assists with the movement of stagnant fluid within the Lymphatic System due to surgery or inflammation. Schedule this specialized massage for your post-surgical self-care or when tightness, stiffness, or swelling arise. You will not be disappointed.
