Mitch McInnes graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc.PT in 2005 and founded McInnes Physiotherapy in 2011. A Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) since 2012, Mitch is also a senior instructor in the Orthopaedic Division’s Continuing Education program, sharing his passion for teaching with fellow physiotherapists. Certified in Dry Needling since 2017, Mitch integrates this technique as a successful complement to his treatment approach. His primary focus is orthopaedic physiotherapy, where he combines hands-on manual therapy with strength and conditioning to address biomechanical imbalances and guide patients toward lasting health improvements. Outside the clinic, Mitch is an avid runner and marathoner, often seen training on trails with his dog Otis or enjoying time with his young family.
