Meghan Smith

Meghan has been a Registered Massage Therapist and helping people on their healing journeys since graduating with honours and distinction from the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College in 2018. Her passion and devotion to massage therapy shine as she provides exceptional and effective medical massage therapy to clients who give her glowing recommendations. She is experienced in treating many different injuries, including those resulting from sports, motor vehicle accidents, postural imbalances, and occupational stressors. Meghan’s passion for massage therapy has helped her continue growing her skills through educating and she has earned credentials to offer RAPID NeuroFascial Reset(NFR) of the upper and lower body, cupping therapy and level 1 kinesiology taping. She is actively learning new techniques and exercises to better help her clients and would love to chat with you about any techniques you would like to know more about and see if they are a good fit for you. Meghan provides focused and effective treatment plans in an inclusive, safer space that promotes recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention of many muscular and neurofascial conditions.
