Dr. Natalie Leib graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2010 with clinic honours. She has experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, and has special interests and additional training in prenatal and postpartum care. Additional training and certification in: -Active Release Techniques (ART) -Activator Method -Graston Technique -Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) -Exercise Rehabilitation -Webster Technique -BirthFit Whether someone comes in with back pain, a rotator cuff issue, or other overuse injuries, her goal is to provide each patient with an individualized treatment plan to decrease pain and restore function. Natalie is passionate about working together with her patients by providing the education they need to get back to an active and pain free lifestyle. Pregnancy Care Natalie has taken additional courses and certifications in perinatal care, Webster Technique, and BirthFit. Through her education Natalie has learned a variety of techniques and functional exercises to help pregnant moms adapt to changes happening in their body both during and after pregnancy. She works with her patients using manual techniques to help balance the low back and pelvis and reduce muscle aches and joint pain. Natalie guides her patients through appropriate movements and safe and effective exercises (accommodating for the stages of pregnancy and post part status) to decrease back and pelvic stress as well as strengthen the body in order to help pregnant moms have a healthy and comfortable pregnancy. Natalie herself strives to live a healthy lifestyle and believes that staying active and taking care of your body help you to take control of your health. Natalie sees children, teens, and adults. She currently holds a 3rd degree black belt in karate and plays on a softball team. Natalie loves to travel and get outdoors with her two young boys.
