Sabrielle provides grounding, integrative bodywork rooted in the profound connection between the brain and the body. Her practice is centered on the belief that when the nervous system is regulated, the body's innate capacity for healing can take the lead. Sabrielle specializes in Ashiatsu, a barefoot massage modality in which she uses overhead bars for balance to deliver slow, deep gliding strokes and broad compressions designed to help tissues melt and release while keeping the nervous system in a state of ease. She also offers dedicated Craniosacral Therapy sessions, an approach inspired by osteopathic and visceral theory that works with the body's internal rhythms and nervous system strain through a mindful attention to deeper structures. Within or separate from these sessions, she incorporates intra-oral techniques for those navigating TMJ concerns. Having grown up with a mother who is a lifelong energy worker, Sabrielle brings an open-minded familiarity to the subtler layers of healing, holding respectful space for what exists beyond the purely physical. Her specialized offerings are rounded out by Prenatal Massage, where she provides a supportive and intuitive container for the unique needs of the childbearing year. Sabrielle is a graduate of the 950-hour program at Therapeutic Connections School of Massage and a dedicated student of the top-down approach to bodywork. She spends much of her time exploring neuroscience and the brain-body connection through independent study, always seeking to deepen her understanding of the human experience. This devotion to her craft allows her to meet each client with a trauma-informed presence, holding space for exactly how a person shows up to the table. When she's not in the treatment room, Sabrielle is likely refining her musical and massage crafts, running away to the woods, or meticulously brewing the perfect cup of tea.

A focused session for the face, head, neck, and jaw — designed for those experiencing TMJ pain, jaw tension, tension headaches, eye strain from staring at screens all day, sinus pressure, and the chronic clench so many of us carry without noticing. Your therapist will assess the holding patterns creating your tension and draw from their own toolkit to release them. Sessions may include myofascial and somatic work, somatic buccal and intraoral massage, and craniosacral therapy. Depending on what your body is asking for and in conversation with you, your therapist may also incorporate gua sha, facial cupping, lymphatic drainage, hot towels, and cold therapy. This work also softens and sculpts the face by releasing the muscular tension we hold in our jaw, brow, and around the eyes. Many clients notice their face feels lighter, looks more relaxed, and carries less of the visible weight of stress.
