Talia is a Registered Physiotherapist with a background in high-performance sport and a strong connection to an active, outdoor lifestyle. She has an evidence-based treatment philosophy that blends exercise-based rehab with hands-on treatment to help clients recover from injuries, return to sport, and develop sustainable strategies to stay strong and resilient. Talia works with clients to build a clear plan that reflects their priorities, whether that’s returning to competition or staying strong and capable in everyday life. Talia’s treatment areas of interest include: Post-operative rehabilitation, Overuse injuries, ACL reconstruction, Achilles tendon ruptures, Rotator cuff tears and shoulder instability, return to sport, Rugby/contact sports and Weightlifting related injuries. Talia completed her training while playing rugby at both the University of Ottawa and UBC. She has also trained with Rugby Canada and currently plays with the UBCOB Ravens. Her experience in contact sport gives her a practical understanding of in-season injury management, return-to-play demands, and the realities of high-performance training.
