I am committed to providing evidence-informed, patient-centered care tailored to each individual's unique needs. My treatments focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, supporting recovery, and promoting overall well-being. Treatment modalities include: Swedish therapeutic and relaxation massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, end range loading, Tui Na, visceral manipulation, intra-oral TMJ work. Somatic Experiencing training in 2027. Additional training and experience include: pre- and postnatal care as a DONA-trained doula, Energy Medicine Practitioner training through the Four Winds Society, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Pacific Rim College in Victoria BC.
