Massage
A 60 minute massage with one of our licensed massage therapists trained in prenatal/postpartum massages which may include techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, neuromuscular, cupping, and more. A body pillow will be provided so that expecting mothers may lie face-down if they choose to do so.
