FreeFlo Physiotherapy
Steph completed her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2013. Prior to this, she obtained her Honours Specialization in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. Steph currently resides in Peterborough, where she grew up. Steph has been part of the FreeFlo team since 2013 and is working towards her Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. She utilizes soft tissue release, joint and neural mobilization techniques and personalized exercises programs in treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. Active and enthusiastic are two words that accurately describe Steph. She has been involved in martial arts since she was very young: she has her black belt in karate, was an active competitor winning a provincial championship in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and went on to attend the World’s BJJ tournament in 2016 where she placed third. She also excelled in rugby, playing and captaining for Western University, Ontario and Canada. Steph enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, waterskiing, and spending time with friends and family.
